The American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education Scholarship and Leadership award is presented to a law student in the graduating class who best represents a combination of scholarship and leadership, the qualities of the American Law Institute.
Studied History and Political Science at Eastern Illinois University. The lowest GPA of the next ten percent (i.e., the top 15-5.001%) of the previous years graduating class will be used to determine the GPA needed to graduate magna cum laude. This award, initiated in 1989 by the Georgetown University Chapter of the National Student Nurses Association (NSNA), recognizes a graduating senior who in the eyes of his or her classmates exemplifies the qualities of leadership and peer advocacy, and projects a positive image of professional nursing. This cash award is given annually.
